Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of getremitwatch.com and the services provided by RemitWatch ("RemitWatch," "we," "us"). By booking a call, purchasing a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
RemitWatch provides billing reconciliation and related services for home care and other Medicaid providers, including the Remit Snapshot, the Revenue Leak Audit, the RemitWatch Billing Agent and the AI Staff Agent. The scope, deliverables and fees for ongoing services are set out in your invoice or service agreement.
What we do and do not do
- We review the reports you provide and identify items such as unbilled visits, denials and authorization gaps.
- Your agency remains responsible for submitting, correcting and resubmitting claims, and for the accuracy of its billing, documentation and compliance with Medicaid rules.
- Our findings are based on the data you provide. Dollar figures we show are estimates. We do not guarantee any recovery, payment or financial result.
- We do not provide legal, tax or accounting advice.
Remit Snapshot
- The Remit Snapshot is a one-time flat fee of $997, paid at checkout.
- Work begins after the fee is paid, a Business Associate Agreement is signed and your files are received. The Snapshot report is delivered within 5 business days of receiving complete files, followed by a walkthrough call.
- If you purchase a Revenue Leak Audit within 30 days of your Snapshot walkthrough, the full Snapshot fee is credited toward it.
- Because work begins once files are received, the Snapshot fee is non-refundable after we receive your files. If you cancel before sending files, contact us for a full refund.
Protected health information
We handle protected health information only under a signed Business Associate Agreement. Do not send PHI by email or through website forms. If the Business Associate Agreement conflicts with these Terms on the handling of PHI, the Business Associate Agreement controls.
Payment and ongoing services
One-time fees are due at checkout or on receipt of invoice. Monthly services are billed in advance on a recurring basis and continue month to month until either party cancels with 30 days written notice, unless your service agreement says otherwise.
